Dhaka Hazrat Shahjalal Airport (DAC) is an international airport located in Kurmitola, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It’s located about 13 miles (20 km) north of the capital Dhaka. It covers an area of 1,981 acres & is equipped with one runway and three major terminals, T1 and T2 for international flights and a third terminal for domestic flights. It first opened in 1941. It’s the hub for Biman Bangladesh Airlines, United Airways, Regent Airways, Novoair, US-Bangla Airlines.
