Malé Velana Airport (MLE) is an international airport located in Hulhulé, Malé. It’s located on Hulhulé Island in the North Malé Atoll, nearby the capital island Malé. It is equipped with five runways and three passenger terminals. It first opened in 19 October 1960. It’s the hub for Maldivian, Trans Maldivian Airways.
