About Piarco Airport (POS)
Piarco Airport (POS) is an international airport located in Piarco, Caroni County, Tunapuna-Piarco, Trinidad and Tobago (P.O.S). It’s located about 19 miles (30 km) east of Downtown Port of Spain, located in the adjacent town of Piarco. It is equipped with one runway and two passenger terminals. It first opened in 8 January 1931. It’s the hub for Amerijet International, Caribbean Airlines.
