Gran Canaria Airport (LPA) is an international airport located in Telde and Ingenio, Spain. It’s located in the eastern part of Gran Canaria on the Bay of Gando (Bahía de Gando), 19 miles (12 km) south of center of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and 16 miles (25 km) from the popular tourist areas in the south. It is equipped with two runways and one main passenger terminal. It first opened in 7 April 1930. It’s the hub for Binter Canarias, NAYSA, Canaryfly, Ryanair, Norwegian Air Shuttle and Vueling.
