Geneva Airport (GVA) is an international airport located in Le Grand-Saconnex, Meyrin and Bellevue, Switzerland. It’s located about 2.5 miles (4 km) northwest of the city centre. It is equipped with two runways and two passenger terminals. It was created in 1919 as a simple field in Cointrin, near the city of Geneva. It’s the hub for easyJet Switzerland and a focus city for Swiss Air Lines.
