Dresden Airport (DRS) is an international airport located in Dresden, Klotzsche, Germany. It’s located about 5.6 miles (9 km) north of the city centre. It is equipped with one runway, one helipad and one main passenger terminal. It first opened in 11 July 1935. Elbe Flugzeugwerke, a subsidiary of Airbus and ST Aerospace, is based at the airport.
