Manaus Eduardo Gomes Airport (MAO) is an international airport located in Amazonas, Brazil. It’s located about in the west of Manaus about 8 miles (13 km) from the historic center. It is named after the Brazilian politician and military figure Air Marshal Eduardo Gomes. It is equipped with a single runway and two passenger terminal. It first opened in 31 March 1976. It’s a focus city for Azul Brazilian Airlines.
