About Surabaya Juanda Airport (SUB)
Surabaya Juanda Airport (SUB) is an international airport located in Sedati, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, Indonesia. It’s located about 8 miles (12 km) from Surabaya. The airport is named after Djuanda Kartawidjaja, the last Prime Minister of Indonesia who had suggested development of this airport. It is equipped with one runway and two passenger terminals, one deomestic & one international. It first opened in February 7, 1964. It’s the hub for Citilink, Garuda Indonesia, Indonesia AirAsia, Lion Air, Sriwijaya Air.
