Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport (BUD) is an international airport located in Budapest, Hungary. It’s located about 9.9 miles (16 km) southeast of the center of Budapest. It was renamed in 2011 in honor of the most famous Hungarian composer Franz Liszt. It is equipped with two runways and two passenger terminals. It first opened in 1943. It’s the hub for Wizz Air and a focus city for Ryanair.
